wireless internet connection loss after restart computer.

Can somebody please help me with my problem.  I have wireless internet cable.  Everytime I turn off the computer,  when turn on ,the computer have no wireless network available.  I have to manual do the zero wireless thing and click on the "Use window to configure wireless net work setting" in the property of my wireless network connection.  And click ok.  Then my wireless network appear on the available network list. 

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem.
