wireless network not getting detected in unbuntu 10.10

Hie every one

 I new to the linux version of os, i had recently installed Unbuntu 10.10 on my dell laptop Inspiron 15R N5010 model. The wireless networks are getting detected in the menu. even though its working fine in wired and mobile net cases. I think that the wireless driver is missing. can any one please help me out to get of this issue. It would also be help full if the wireless card deitals are also provide.
