wireless printing

I have a Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop, Dell photo 964 (printer/fax/copy)
Also have a Netgear WGR614 wireless router
The cable from the printer has a usb connection and i have to hook it into the laptop to print.
The Netgear wireless router only has eithernet connections.
My question is if i purchase a netgear wireless router ( WGPS606 ) that has 2 usb ports and 4 eithernet ports, WILL I BE ABLE TO HOOK UP THE PRINTER TO THE WIRELESS ROUTER AND BE ABLE TO PRINT WITHOUT HOOKING MY LAPTOP TO THE PRINTER?

Also my other question is, In the past few days i have been wireless 100% of the time and i have been knocked off the router. The wireless router is in the same room. Anyone know why ?

The WGPS606 is not a wireless router, but a wireless print server. You would be able to connect and configure your Dell printer to it, but you may only get the print feature of the 624 to work. Few print servers on the market today support multi-function printers.(AIO)

I have also have a question regarding wireless printing. I have a Dell Dimension 4100/WIN98SE upstairs (with separate scanner & printer) and I intend purchasing a Dell Inspiron XPS M170 (or Inspiron 9400) notebook and a Dell AI1 964 (printer update). I want to attach the printer to the Dim4100 and use wireless to print to the AI1 964 from the notebook downstairs. How do I go about this and what other accessories do I require? Amateur photography and general school-work use.

Thanks in advance.
