Wireless Problem with Inspiron
Hi.
I'm kind of new here and my English is not perfect, so forgive me already.
I have an inspiron N 5010 laptop. It didn't have any software with it, just a DOS operating system. So I downloaded all its drivers here on website.
Some of its Network drivers did not work properly though.
Now I purchased a wireless modem and everybody can find its network on their utilities, but me!
So I guess it's a software problem. Please help me if I can download a proper working software for my laptop, because I checked my system information and there is no adapter in its network part.
Please help...

neekaa,
After the operating system is installed, you need to install the notebook system utility and the chispet drivers first or the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

neekaa,
What operating system are you trying to install? 32-bit or 64-bit?

Thank you for the reply.
But actually I already have done it exactly the way you are saying. Still some of drivers don't work and I don't know what to do.
Can I ask which one is the main driver to support wireless networks? and if anybody can upload the right version for me...

Mine is Windows 7 Service pack 1 - 64 bit. One of the wireless drivers also has an issue with the operating system. Some have other issues. But like I said the wireless began to work as of now!
Thanks to you Rick

Although I have done it before but because you came with the link about this issue, I decided to try again and installed all drivers in order now. Still many of them didn't work, like SATA and many of Network ones! But I reinstalled others and surprisingly my wireless began to work! Thank you so much for the guidance.
I appreciate it.
