Wireless Quit working- Receiving Msg"IEEE.11b WLAN Card Utility has encountered a problem

I tried to update my laptop Inspiron 8600 a few months ago when all this started. Downloaded the wrong update R115321 and have had trouble since. Any sollutions?
I did d/l the correct update for Intel Pro\Wireless 220BG network connection R134882 yesterday.

Un-install both drivers, then re-install the correct driver.
 
If that doesnt work try this:
 
Try using system restore to go back before you downloaded the wrong driver. then re-install the right driver.
