theres another utility thats taking over wireless internet. its either the dell wlan wireless utility or the intel proset thats taking over during every restart. (its there in the startup screen of msconfig if you know about it). you can either remove it from the startup. or you can right click on the wireless icon in the system tray and choose "use windows to manage wifi". uninstalling the non-windows wireless utility could be considered.

Hey,

Since its an intel pro wireless card.go into All programs thru start and click on intel pro wireless and then you get intel proset wireless, click on it and then under that you can find file, tools, profiles and help.click on tools and click on "use windows(microsoft) for wifi ,f10" and then click on ok or yes and click on close. and then use windows configuration and check for connection and also try after restartin the system and check. repy back for any concerns.
