Error says: 'The network adapter "dell Wireless 1397 WLAN Mini-Card" is experiencing driver or hardware related issues'

             help plz!! so sorry ł'ϻ not computer intelligent (can't even work this message-apologize) but above = error  ive ck'd the driver/s and are up-to-date with "most current driver/s available for your system" so does this mean hardware - related ??  i am not working currently & so use my blackberry eithet to tether or use as "hotspot" ... it works 4 now - or - well, it did!!  i got above error, have no way of going online with computer to run diag (which saw on this site...believe me, pls, have tried & tried to find solution here first b4 posting... and most of wat i-have read is foreign to me...all of it (so sorry) but what worries me a lot is ł was in the middle of updating my mcafee (& now its left hanging bc didnfinish & it also uninstalled "incompatible" features had on (to replace til ł could get mcafee bak up) and now both are down as well as this problem - any-1 ever had this happen? Pls help me if you can!! Thanks so much in advance!!  ps have dell inspiron 1545. With vista
