Access Mcafee support & services

It is impossible to access either to customer support or technical support FAQ from http://service.mcafee.com/ http://service.mcafee.com/CustomerService.aspx?lc=12&sg=CS&pt=1 http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?lc=1033&id=CS40021 All the FAQ topics send an "Error Occured" message http://service.mcafee.com/Error.aspx Is anybody is aware of that and knows how to bypass it, since Mcafee is a partner of dell and that macaffe product is provided with the system you buy from Dell. The behaviour of the support site make me lack of confidence on mcafee products. Thanks four answers.

Hi,

Try this site.

Since you appear to be outside the US, you may be directed to a different site.

Hi everyone,

I am in Canada/Quebec and I have the same problem (XP and Vista). I asked McAfee and I am still waiting for a response. I guess foreign McAfee users are not treated as well as US residants.

Dear dgkpcon,

Perhaps you did not read the previous comments. Thank you for your suggestion but it does not solve our problem. We can access the customer service and technical support pages but not the FAQ items. All the links ".../FAQDocument.aspx?..." (e.g.: http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?lc=1033&id=CS40021) in these pages lead to the "Error occured" message (http://service.mcafee.com/Error.aspx). I have spent an hour chating with a McAfee support representative. He was not able to solve the problem.

I understand that i just thought using your countries link to the site might have helped, instead of trying to access thru the US site.
