Download the Adobe flash player uninstall program and run that. It will remove whatever flash player you have now. Restart the PC and then go to the Adobe site and download and install the flash player. I've had to to do this with several client's PC's to get the flash player installed.

hi...
Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller:
Use this link
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe
Run the file and remove Flash player from the computer.
After that
Download the executable installer not from Adobe site but here:
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/ts/documents/tn_19166/Install_Flash_Player_9_ActiveX.zip
Save this file to the desktop and install it.

I'm in the same position. A few months ago after the latest version of Adobe all Adobe Flash related programs stopped working. Have tried all of the trouble shooting techniques cited on the Adobe help but it's still not fixed! Help!

I have tried this a number of times and it just doesn't install at all. I downloaded the uninstaller and did everything Adobe said on their site. I don't know if this is a problem because I have Vista Ultimate (I'm sorry I orded this now and am waiting for Windows 7) because the player works great on my desktop computer running XP Pro. I do have a friend who is having problems downloading it on his Latitude as well. I had him do the same thing d he can't download and install the player as well. If someone has some other ideas, I'd like to hear about it as well.
Thanks!

Hey,
Open Internet Explorer, Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab > under Multimedia you will have option "Play videos in webpages" & "Play sounds in webpages" make sure that they are checked.
If still you are having issues...
Go Tools > Manage Add ons > Make sure that Adobe Flash Player Addon is enabled...
Regards,
Shaggy

My name is Serrina I have tried to unstill the adobe flah player but no luck I keep getting a error message that says this site unavaliable or has moved please try later. I need to get this fixed asap. I have a mid-term paper coming up. I can't download anything at all. I have also tried to add and remove it from the system I did but no luck.
