Arabic Keyboard
I recently had to format my hard drive and I need the keyboard set to write in Arabic and English. How do I do this? It is currently writing in English only.

Open browser like I.E.>click page tab>Encoding>click right to left document>Click page tab again>Encoding>Slide cursor over "More">Select Arabic(Windows).

Open a Browser I.E.>Click Page>Encoding>Click Right-to-left-Document>Click Page again>Encoding>More>Arabic(Windows).
This will let you type and recieve documents in arabic,but not sure it will set the keyboard to Arabic permanently.
