cd burners
I got this computer frm someone and i don't know if it has a cd burner. how can i tell ? I' m not computer savvy
where do I put my Biography. This new to the community area doesn't tell me where to put this.

I entered my Bio. and based on info about cd burner , I have a-dvd+-rw dvd8631&
samsung dvd-rom sd 616e. can I buy this name in a cd Burner??
also, when I sign n now, do I have a group that I go to? a forum?

Go to 'Device Manager' open DVD/CD-ROM drives and check the installed optical drives, if it's CD/RW, it's a burner, or is CD/ROM then it's read only.
You could also download Belarc Advisor HERE, to give you an detailed profile of your PC.
To enter a Biography, click the 'Expand User Panel' at the top of the page, open 'Edit profile' and type your Bio,
