Error when trying to edit my profile
All,
I'm unable to edit my profile on this new community site. When I click the 'edit my profile' button I get this error:
Sorry, there was a problem with your last request!
Either the site is offline or an unhandled error occurred. We apologize and have logged the error. Please try your request again or if you know who your site administrator is let them know too.
It's been like this since the site was launched. Any hints?

Hello,
What browser are you using?
Many users that have the latest version of Firefox and the IE view lite add on report very few problems.

Maybe so, but I'm not one of 'em. Problems with every browser and plug-in continue for myself and others. What a mess.

Hi All, I would agree with robhutten, its not an browser problem. It is a problem with this forum, Dell knows all about it.

I'm using the latest FireFox with and without the IEtabs extension, as well as native IE7. Pretty confident that this isn't a browser issue.

Just for the record - not that anyone is listening - four weeks since my original post and I'm still having the same problem.

This worked for me, though I had to make some minor adjustments to bring back my settings:
In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. Click the Reset button. IE will clean up all the add-ons, cookies, etc. The Dell forum worked after I tried this, but I had to go back and Enable all my add-ons (Tools, Manage Add-ons, Enable or Disable Add-ons)
Can't promise it will fix the issue of the error log, but mine has worked ever since.

I'm having this same problem with IE and Firefox on two different computers, in two different locations. I am being spammed with emails notifying me of new forum posts because I made the mistake of posting on these forums. I'd love to turn email notifications off, but I assume that feature is located in the "EDIT MY PROFILE" feature. Please fix this, or manually disable email notifications for me - this is getting ridiculous.
