This is an ancient post but I have this same issue today. There is no longer a green pencil and no "edit" option when I mouse over the three dots at the top right of my reply. Can someone please provide updated instructions?

From the time you post a reply, you only have 20 minutes to edit or delete it. After that only we can edit or delete it.
