If you run the setup (F2) and save the changes or set the BIOS (Setup) to defaults and save is it OK?  It soulds like the backup battery for the BIOS may be bad since you are also getting the date/time not set.  The battery provides power to the BIOS when the PC is powered off so it doesn't lose it's settings. 

The battery is located on the motherboard and is a standard 3 volt CR2032 coin cell battery that you can get many places including WalGreens, Wal-Mart, etc.

See THIS in the manual.

Replace the battery reset the BIOS (setup) back to the factory defaults, that should take care of the problems.
