media button not working
Hi I have cratd a recovery cd for a dell insprion 6000 laptop and I reinstalled the LAPTOP .everything fine but the the media buttons on the front pannel of the laptop is not working. that means if I insert a dvd and pres the play button it is not working. wht could be the reason? how i can fix that problem.any body please help me.

When you reinstalled Windows did you first install Media Center onto the system and then install the Operating System; otherwise it will not work.
