I spend like $1600 on my dell orders getting delayed for months now. Donno whom to contact.. Please help

Hi Nikarri,
Sorry your computer has been delayed. Due to the recent crisis in Japan, Dell among other computer manufacturers as well as electronics companies are experiencing delays with parts. Many of the Japanese computer parts manufacturers have had to close their plants due to the recent earthquakes and tsunami. The effect will continue for several months until the plants get back online and producing parts again. We do provide an ESTIMATED delivery date for each order, and that is just an estimate. Things can happen faster or slower depending upon circumstances, so we do appreciate your patience.
