problem loading software on inspiron 1525
can anyone help please ,i am having printer problems and decided to re install the software,when we put the disc in the dvd drive nothing happens

May just be a autorun issue. You can right click on your my computer icon and select open. Then click on the dvd drive and it will bring up a listing on program/files on the disk. Look for a program named setup.exe click on that and it should start the install.
