Reset Passwords
Had a dell for chrismas and someone lse set it up for me but thepassword they used doesn't seem to work. I've tried to restore factory setting but can't log in as a administrator as it won't let me.Anyone any ideas on how to change passwords?

Hello,
just give Dell a call and prove that you own the system.
For a fee Dell will help reset the password.
