XPS ONE
I hate my XPS One. My hard drive died on me. I called Dell my warranty had expired 4 months ago. I paid $49 dollars for an extended warranty call. After a few hours I was told that the hard drive was corrupted and I needed to purchase a new one. This I did and also purchased Dell home service. The service technician had never seen one of these computers before and didn't know how to get inside to install the hard drive. However, the computer rallied and the system was restored. It was like starting over with a new computer. This I accepted and returned the hard drive because the service technician told me everything was just fine. Less than 2 weeks later I have the exact same problem again. I called Dell and was told that I had to pay another $49 to be able to discuss my problem. I hate Dell and I hate this computer.
