123 error code on computer,star up refuse to complete reinstallation ow windows 10
error code 123 on my dell optiplex 780, stars up but will not reinstall windows 10keeps rebooting to start proccess over during installation. using usb flash drive for install.. computer stop working correctly after a power outage.

For troubleshooting and making sure of a best result, worth your time and effort:
Give it a new coin cell batt, CR2032
Clear CMOS and adjust BIOS settings to match system hardware.
Verify that USB drive is created using Windows creation tool
Verify that HDD/SSD is in good condition
Now, start the installation again

A couple of tips in addition:
Make sure BIOS SATA Operation is set to RAID Autodetect / AHCI.*
Flash drive used to load Win10 should be formatted to FAT32 and be at least 8GB. Download Windows 10 Disc Image (ISO File)
I'm sure your HDD/SSD is already formatted to NTFS using GPT partition scheme if you ready had Win10 on it.
I'm wondering if the power loss somehow corrupted Win10 or BIOS. *Make sure you can access F12 BIOS.
