7010, BIOS flash error, no boot

Question

Attempted a BIOS upgrade from within Windows 10. Machine rebooted and now doesn't POST.I get the 2-3 amber blinking lights, and no POST.Have tried clearing CMOS, but just can't get the thing to boot now.The flash / BIOS upgrade has clearly gone wrong somehow.Is there any way to recover from this please??TIA.

Same problem here with Optiplex 3020M. Not support Bios Recovery Tools. Need silent flash but how I do it flash with 3020M. need help guidance step by step Many thanks
