7010 MT PSU Upgrade?
its a 7010 MT. i5 3570, GT 1030, 16gb ddr3. wanna upgrade to a. i5 10400f, GTX1650 VENTUS, would this work? also the main question is what's the best PSU for these parts.

Hello, the socket on that motherboard will only accept 3rd generation processors. You can review the upgrade option here.

Non Dell card will require Secure boot OFF.
Older bios will not work so update that first before changing anything.
Recommended power supply is EVGA 700BR. Units that do not have 150W or more combined power for the 3.3v/5v rails may not work correctly or at all. Dell uses that spec all the way down to 305W.

The link @Chino de Oro supplied mentions GTX 1650 SUPER. It's 100w and it's also mentioned in the fine print to check PSU power. While the 1650 super won't work with a 275w PSU, it will most certainly work with the PSU mentioned by speedstep.
GTX 1650 VENTUS = 75w and the 275w PSU in the 7010 MT can handle it.

@speedstep I know this post is 2 years old and I have dell optiplex 7010 MT with i7-3770 I just wanted to say you are wrong the psu that dell uses for the computer it's max power combined +3.3v/5.0b Power is 100 w
who is 150W below will not work ? I am currently considering a Cooler Master MWE 450W V2 Bronze
as you can see it's 120W so it will work just fine
