7010 MT, SATA III compatible?

Hello,

Im thinking of installing a 1tb ssd. The SSD I want to install is Sata III. Is the Dell Optiplex 7010 compatible with Sata III drives? I have the full tower from the 7010 segment.

SATA 150 and SATA 300 is compatible with SATA 3 600
It just runs slower.

Advanced format Drives require F6 mass storage drivers AND you must install from USB 2 port when using a usb flash drive as install media.
