7040 OptiPlex M.2 support
I own a Dell OptiPlex motherboard which is the same model as this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/295643343798 and I would like to know if the M.2 will support NVMe or SATA M.2's. If anyone knows, what is the chipset for this?

Yes, but the PCIe gen 3 NVMe type is most prefer for its high performance.

It will support both types of M.2 SSD.
