7050 MT, Audio jack not working properly

Question

I'm an Optiplex Desktop system User. and having problem with AudioJack.
Mic not working at all.

It was working very well before with Win10.

But after formatting & Installation Win10 again, MIC stopped working. there is a 3.5MM port like Mobile phones. I tried some softwares but end up with no result.

There is a software called Waves MaxxAudio pro. Before formatting PC that software was installed in my system. with Waves MaxxAudio pro everything were working fine. and tested with Handsfree, Headphone etc..

And after formatting, Wave MaxxAudio pro not installed in system, I can not find this software anywhere.

Is there any problem with this? Or Is there any other way to re-enable mic again?
Where I can find MaxxAudio Pro software for my system Or any replacement of that?

can you disclose what PC this is model number and case size? MT or SFF or ?

Waves max gets removed with win10 updates or upgrades.

You have to uninstall any audio software and REINSTALL the OEM audio driver and then it will work again. Drivers are model specific.
