Hi @hamdy.goher,
You did say "tower," typically referred to as MT or mini tower. I'm sure you noticed the 7050 comes in 2 smaller sizes also. The max RAM for the MT in the manual is 4 slots = 64 GB. If you're ordering new, it can be ordered with the memory and be under the same warranty as the computer.
Besides using Dell Community, you're also welcome to chat, email, or call at Dell.com. The button to initiate is in the lower left corner. There's no pressure sales tactics and I've used it myself. Highly recommended if you're buying new.
I like that Darkmoon5 has the links for the manuals. We've been getting questions on the 7050's and all I could pull up were quickstart guides.

Hello Brad. Is it possible to mix RAM size. for example. I have 4 slots and 2 of them have 4 GB cards. Can I put 2 - 16 GB cars in the the other 2 slots and have them work properly for a total of 40GB RAM?

All memory chips need to be the same size, MHz, and brand. This is for best operation or for it to operate at all. If not using Dell brand memory, Crucial is guaranteed to work in Dell's. Kingston Value Brand (KVR) is one to avoid.
I read in another post there can be an issue with volts if the RAM isn't guaranteed to work in Dell's. I also remember another where the person had mixed RAM and to Dell Community they came.
Having matching chips isn't just Dell or OptiPlex, but for most PC's in general.
I delayed responding a little bit so I could get a refresher from one of the Rockstars. It's been a while since I had that one. When I searched Dell Community, I got 2,000 results. :Stickouttongue:

I edited the above post to replace "Corsair" with "Crucial."

Hi,
Would anyone know if RAM between the 7050s are interchangeable? For eg. (7050 Tower vs. 7050 micro), if I took 2x16Gb sticks (tower to micro) would they work? Are there special sticks to compensate for the height in the micro? Thank you.

There's also links to the owner's manuals toward the top of this thread.

For some reason, recently I'm unable to paste URL's in this forum. Google the 7050 Owner's Manual or Documentation.
Anyways, the answer is no. 7050 tower has UDIMM slots and the micro SODIMM. SODIMM is much shorter than UDIMM.
As for compensating for height, the RAM lays down in the micro. Image below:
