760 SFF, add SATA 3 SSD?
Is it possible to use a SATA 3 SSD in an 760 SFF? I understand SATA 3 is backwards compatible.

Yes, you can add an ssd to the opti 760. You would need to purchase adapters from a 3rd party source.

Other than AHCI sata operation there are no issues.
