790 sff no power
No reaction when pushing power button, with yellow blinking (no pattern). No light of 4 LED in the front.
PSU BIST passed with all internal cable connected or disconnected.

Blinking yellow/Amber power button = Bad Power Supply.
Solid yellow/Amber power button = dead motherboard.
Solid Green or Blue or White is normal.
