I would not. otherwise the ram isn't running in dual channel. Having mixed ram is never a good idea.
Is this an Optiplex 9010? 
it most likely only supports up to 8GB per bank.
I would suggest you go with 16GB, either 2x 8GB or 4x 4GB.

But if you go with 2 Sticks, make sure both are in their corresponding bank in order to use dual channel.
If you have one in the bank with black clips, the other one needs to be in the bank with black clips as well.
same with white clips and white clips.

 

Also make sure the ram does not have XMP since most Dell machines do not support it.
It will work, but not with the designated clockspeed and there is no way to change it in the BIOS.

Can I use 2 ram of 16GB each one? Or it is too much (32Gb ram max capacity)
