We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

To ensure the security of your information, I recommend deleting any Dell-centric information (Service Tag / Express Service Code) post.

what error are you getting? what is your current bios version? do you need to update bios in order to solve a current issue? note that using third party tool to flash bios has increased risk of bricking motherboard.

flashing bios across huge gap is not advised and may brick board. there are many versions btn 11 and 22. you may not need the latest to support your new cpu. which cpu do you want to install? if that cpu is not supported by 11, try small incremental flash to 12 then 13, 14 etc.
