Any Realtek Support for Optiplex 780?

I currently have an Optiplex 780 with SoundMAX installed. However, this limits my functionality when it comes to audio related issues (Enhancements, Levelling .etc). I was wondering if there was any support for Realtek drivers on the Optiplex 780? I want to adjust settings for a headset but I've seen a lot of tutorials that use Realtek software and settings.

Soundmax is analog devices not Realtek so no there is no such thing.

You will want a USB3 pci-e card and a 2i2 studio setup.

I specifically mean MINI TOWER model. Not USFF SFF or Desktop
