BIOS setup stuck on 0%

We tried updating BISO bit through dell update and downloading it from dell support but no luck. Image below.

Flash bios is inherently dangerous
This is a conundrum situation here. Bricking the pc may be the only outcome

@yahya01 As you are unable to update the BIOS you can attempt a BIOS recovery on the device and once completed, try to update the BIOS once more. If this fails, try downgrading the BIOS to a previous version and then attempting the update. I am attaching a link for the recovery options.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Knowing the above and what/which/where you downloaded the un-named BIOS may help.
No doubt the bit below is a copy of the link @Dell-Mary W posted, just a bit uglier.
If in doubt please ask.
