BIOS Update using Flash64W with Optiplex 7090
I have been using Flash64W utility to update BIOS's in WinPEx64 on several models of Optiplexes (3060, 5060, 7060, 7070) that require the use of UEFI mode. However, I can not get the Optiplex 7090 to update. I've made sure that the "Watch Dog Timer" is disabled and "SMM Security Mitigation" is disabled.

Found a newer version of the Flash64w app here (on the Swedish Dell site):

Its version 3.3.22 release November 27, 2023 which I came across in a Reddit thread.
It worked. Would be nice if Dell updated the US site with a link for the latest version. Here's the US link:
