Blue Screen, Now Not Booting
Good morning!
I was using my Optiplex 3010 with Windows 10 this morning and all of a sudden I got the blue screen with a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error. The system said it was going to restart, but it never did, so I turned it off. Now, when I turn it on, I just get a black screen. No windows start options, nothing. What can I do?

I figured it out! It turns out one of the memory modules was corrupt. I took it out, now the desktop works fine.
