Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Driver Install Issue

Question

Recently I had to replace my PC's Hard Drive, and as a note, before then it was running swimmingly. All drivers installed with no issue what-so-ever. However, after getting the PC back today with the new Hard Drive, I've found that all Drivers have installed just fine except for one: Dell 1540/1530 Wi-Fi Driver. Despite being told by the website itself that this driver works with my PC, it won't install.  I've tried installing it via the official website/applications and through other means, like Driver Easy and Driver hub, but no matter where I try it will start the installation and fail for reasons that are never specified. This vexes me because, once again, my PC was running perfectly before I had to get a new Hard Drive. So does anyone know a fix?
