Apology for these questions but they will help with identifying the issue.  Which form factor of the 7060 you have?  Where did you install Windows to, example NVMe SSD on M.2 slot, or 2.5" SSD/HDD?  How many drives are there in the machine?  What is the SATA operation mode, RAID or AHCI?  And, did you make change to the BIOS settings after complete installation?

It has SDD, ACHI, the Bios was configured to boot in Legacy, the BIOS was updated, Win 10 was installed, but the operating system does not start, so I investigated the OptiPlex 7060, it is a common problem on that model, with the USB. connected, it enters the operating system, without the USB it shows the error that no boot device was found.

I am thinking that something was erred at the installation process.  I have set up Windows on those OptiPlex before and did not see the boot issue.  You may have to reinstall Windows again.  How comfortable are you with the installation process?  So, the SSD is the only drive in your system, and it's a 2.5" SATA SSD?

As the forum Mod request here, do you have a mini-tower, small form factor?

It is OptiPlex tower 7060, it only has a sata 2.5 SSD drive.
The boot has already been performed several times, the Bios configurations have been made, the disk has already been tested in another drive and works correctly.

If you have performed installation several times and still face the same issue, the process needs to be changed and hopefully, it may resolve the issue.

Verify against the process of clean install Windows 10 from USB to see anything different.

For USB installation drive, download and run Windows Creation Tool to create the installation drive.

For BIOS settings preparation, besides selecting AHCI in SATA operation, you would want to use UEFI boot mode, enable Secure Boot and TPM.

During installation process, delete every partitions on the SSD and click next to allow Windows sets partitions.

The image was created on a USB and a disk clone of a functional unit was also made, I will try in UEFI with the TPM, but in other forums I saw that it doesn't work either.

Thanks.

Now, I am confused.  Your original post said that you installed Win 10 and you got no boot device found error.  If you are using a cloned drive, what is the USB for?  The suggested BIOS settings is just a pre-planning for system ready if you decide to move over to Win 11.  It is not a solution for boot issue.  If your boot drive is cloned from other system, you need to keep BIOS settings matching the same.

Are you imaging multiple of 7060?

I tried from a booted USB and also with a disk clone, to verify that the Win 10 image was correct and that it was not an operating system error, configuring correctly for each of the options.
Win 10 in UEFI did not work, I am going to try Windows 11, since it is compatible in UEFI.

Thank you, if I can solve it, I will share the solution.

@Daniela Barrantes hi Daniela I'm Nhlanhla if you still experience the same problem, don't worry I have a solution to the 7060 model. you ned to download the UEFI bootable software to install win 10 for example I use YUMI exfat to install win 10 it has the UEFI bios and once win 10 has been installed return back to the boot menu and you'll find the windows boot manager available to boot from.
