Budget GPU options for 390 SFF

My GTX 1050ti ended up being a Chinese knock-off and was shot. I'm still newer with matching components etc (this is my first upgrade/mini-build to get a taste for building computers) Anyways OptiPlex 390SFF i7-2600 16GB DDR3 (2x GB) 1TB HDD (possibly ssd upgrade today) Windows 8.1 I just need a gpu. Right now I am not worried about this being a hardcore gaming PC - For now I am thinking anywhere from $50 - $100 range...Part parts budget took some of the PC's budget haha. Does a gpu in this price range exist that's compatible with my 390? Or maybe something used? Ultimately for now I'd just like it to be better then "factory" Low profile I guess too. I found the GTX 730? 2gb?...Any help appreciated. Thanks guys

SFF case supports low profile video card only.  390 has two PCIe slot and the x16 slot is two slot width from psu so it supports double slot width card.
