cant open my optiplex 7040 case
Hi, i tried to open my optiplex 7040 case, but when put the blue fuse [or whatever it is] down, it wont open

As per the service manual, slide the blue lever then slide the cover to the back of the case and then lift off. You did not state which form factor you have so here is the link to the service manuals.
