Assuming you are actually using an OEM CPU fan, try removing the CMOS battery (coin cell) for 15 minutes and then reinstall the battery. The BIOS may think it is still looking at a fan problem.

Hi @bogpay175,

Was it after you replaced the CPU fan that the keyboard and mouse no longer worked?

I also answered your other post in regards to mouse and keyboard.  Did you try plugging your keyboard into different USB ports?  Did you try a different keyboard?

USB ports can be finicky on older machines.

Is your 780 an MT, DT, SFF or USFF?

We should stick to using this thread as using multiple threads for the same question may cause confusion.  Also, your other threads didn't mention CPU fan replacement.
