Hi, I have a Dell 3040 - i5 6500 3.20ghz processor, Can anyone advise on what Processor I can upgrade to to run windows 11?

There is no CPU you can use that will have official support for Windows 11. You can bypass the CPU check and install it in unauthorized mode (at least for now), but if you're looking for official support for Windows 11, it is new system time.
