Dell 9010 AIO Base/Stand

Question

Hi all,

My mom recently had to move and somehow during the move the base/stand for her Dell 9010 All-In-One has been lost along with the screws that are needed to attach it to the stand. I’ve done some digging and can’t find a stand online except eBay and I don’t trust eBay. I know this desktop is older than dirt but she truly loves it and we can’t afford a new desktop at this time for her. I can’t find a replacement base on Dell’a site and was wondering if one is even available, or if someone could point me in the right direction for getting one relatively cheap. I wish I could just get her a new one but that will have to wait for now.

You can try calling Dell parts to find out if the mount is available.

Dell Spare Parts at 800-357-3355..have your service tag when/if you call.

However there is another solution which I have used for other monitors,etc. You can order and install a VESA desk mount that will essentially take the place of the original mount. The instructions are the same as for wall mounting here, but with a desktop mount as shown here. The prices shown are Canadian so Amazon USA would be cheaper. For instance this stand at Amazon USA.

One tip for you. If you choose a stand of this type make sure you do not put in screws that are too long. That could damage the screen or system board. Test the screw length first, but I believe the mounting instructions from the 9010 specify the type of screw.
