DELL AIO 5250 HDD failure
We have observed unprecedented hard disk failure (10 in number) in recent days for Dell optiplex 5250 AIO computers. We never faced any such issues with Dell PCs. No power faults have been observed in our electricity panels and other make PCs (older PCs then Dell aio 5250) are working fine. Dell AIO 5250 machines are out of warrentee. Kindly check if any software /driver update has created problem.

Have you ran diagnostics, F12 at boot, to confirm the failure? At 5 years old and assuming that the systems get a large amount of use, as unlikely as it seems, it is possible the drives could be failing for those causes. Though I am curious as to the manufacturer of the HDDs and the date on the drive themselves.
