Align the graphics card with the PCI-Express card connector on the system board.
Using the alignment post, connect the graphics card in the connector and press down firmly. Ensure that the card is firmly seated.
Lift the pull tab to close the PCIe door.
The PCIex8 slot connector is an optional feature soldered on motherboard. Dell factory may use a right angle PCIe adapter to install the RX640 lying down. Does anyone have such adapter and have a pic or DP/N?
Note you need to order this directly from Dell if you want the discrete gpu. if you ordered one without discrete gpu, the motherboard may not have PCIe x8 slot connector soldered.
anecdote: the TRPM in Dell internal description is short for Trinity Planar Matrix (character in film Matrix) Trinity is the most slim one befitting micro form factor
