Dell Opiplex 380 small form factor!
What is the recommended graphics card for my PC.
I want to run software like Unity but only has support for OpenGl 2.1.

With SFF you are limited to low profile video card. 380 has standard core 2 duo cpu, which may be possible to upgrade to core 2 quad. 380 is like the baby version of 780, having 2 DIMM slot instead of 4 (and a entry level G41 chipset instead of Q45).
unity system requirement: GPU: Graphics card with DX10 (shader model 4.0) capabilities. So any low profile card that has at least direct X 10 will do. This is not a tall order. a gt710 or gt610 may do.

Don't forget about your small 235w power supply. Check any card's psu and size requirements for the tight space in the SFF.

The card that meets all the requirements including actually working is the GDDR5 GT1030 2gig video card and windows 10 64 bit. Highly recommend you buy an OEM DVD of 10 so that when your hard drive dies you can reinstall and not have to be online to do so. Avoid DDR4 GT1030 cards they are Junk.
