Dell Optiplex 5040 Adding Sdd and SATA Power Issue

Hello,

Not super experienced so bear with me.

I have a Dell Optiplex 5040 SFF with a 3.5 HDD 1TB hard drive. I purchased a 500GB SSD and my plan was run the SSD as the primary but keep the HDD as a second backup drive.  The software part and operating system part I believe I have under control, it's the actual physical wiring that has me confused.

There seems to be only one SATA Power slot on the mother board and my existing HDD  and the DVD drive seemed to be wired together and plugged into it.  I would be happy to get rid of the DVD drive but how do I solve getting the new SSD and Existing HDD Powered. I don't know enough about this stuff to yank the assembly out.

I thought to simply unplug the dvd and plug the SSD in its place, however the DVD power and SSD power are simply not the same size.

Hope this is understandable. Thanks in advance.
