Dell Optiplex 790 RAM ugrade
In my SFF Optiplex 790 I have 4 x 2GB
If I replace 2 of them with 2 x 8GB will I have a total of 20GB ?

According to Dell spec's, 16GB is max for the SFF model (8 for the UltraSFF).

No. The maximum supported amount of memory in that system is 16 GB. So 4x4 GB would be the max. The memory chips supported are 1, 2, and 4 GB.
