DELL OS Recovery tool

Hi!

I have tried many times to make a image on USB drive from DELL OS REcovery tool.
But most often the tool fails to create bootable USB drive or connection fail appears.
I talked once with support guy from DELL and he gave me a web address from Microsoft.

There I could at once download a good and working image.

Unfortunately I didn't write down the web address.

Does some one have that web page address ???

Thank you!

Possibly the following. Also a few more links as well.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/4026852/windows-create-a-recovery-drive

To create a USB for clean installing.

And for a free and very good program to back up and clone drives.

Easier recovery involves OEM System builder DVD and USB 2.0 optical drive.

Works with ALL Dell models from 2006 on.

The other good thing about this solution is that it works offline and can be used over and over again on as many machines as you want.
