Dell Trusted Device errors

This error happening on a brand new machine, I recently had a blue screen error and then updated the BIOS. After updating the BIOS and then ran the DTD version 6.4.3.0 it gave BIOS verification invalid and ME unknown verification errors.  I contacted dell support and they just asked me to reset and reinstall windows which I did.  Did another scan afterward and still having the same errors.  Frustrating on a new machine!  Anyone have similar experience or solutions?
