Display port to hdmi doesn't work

I have bought this cable

And I have connected it from my desktop(optiplex 7010) to my Samsung TV(UE55RU7400U )but it doesn't work, the tv shows no signal.

Any ideas how to get this sorted?

Samsung RU7400 55' 4K Ultra HD Flat LED Smart TV | UE55RU7400U REQUIRES HDMI 2.0 or Display Port 1.4 and an ACTUAL gpu.   You do not have an actual GPU.
