DVD drive wont be removed when i pull it out
I do everything but it won't come out.

First of all could you please post the exact model of your system? And when you say won't be removed, do you mean you cannot physically remove it from your desktop?

no OptiPlex model stated nor which case size, SFF to MT large. micro drive for full sized>?
the drive, it self out or just a disk DVD it self.? out.
most DVD Drives have 4 screws to remove any desktop DRIVE, 2 on each side.
the CD/DVD disk will not EJECT? (button on the tray ?)
3 causes, the power cable fell off, the drive, (either end) or the PC is dead, no power. or drive tray jammed.
google this ,"DVD tray eject with paperclip" vast hits, the dell manual covers this too.

If paperclip does not work then its in there forever.
You can never have the disk back again.
